Senior System Analyst (Rendszerszervező)
We are looking for Senior System Analyst to ensure that the software, hardware, and the wider IT systems fit the business needs. The ideal candidate has system-level thinking, system integration experience and great communication skills. Knowledge of the banking IT market is inevitable when applying the position.
Duties include
- Detailed analysis and elaboration of requirements
- Preparation of feasibility documents and decision support materials
- Participation in preparation of system concept in cooperation with Enterprise Architects
- Development of comprehensive system solutions and detailed planning of the operation of system functions and components covering the requirements
- Continuous communication with developers
- Creating system documentation (Logical Design)
- Creating test plans and cases, documentation, participation in writing automated tests
- Verification of implemented requirements, performing manual functional tests
- Participation in the change management process, documentation of installation and release management processes
- Mentoring junior system administrators
Must to have
- UML based modeling knowledge
- Basic SQL and JAVA knowledge
- Knowledge of RSA development methodology
- System-level thinking, system integration experiences
- Confident use of a test management tool
- Comprehensive banking knowledge, 5-7 years in banking sector
- Ability to work independently and coordinate teamwork
- Intermediate English skills in writing, reading and oral
Nice to have
- Agile methodology knowledge or experience
- Knowledge of BDD test methodology
- Practical knowledge of problem analysis skills and related techniques (eg Root Cause Analysis, SWOT)
- Knowledge of SOAP UI / Postman
- Knowledge of the banking IT market (products, experiences)
- Developer past, implementation experience
