Join to our team as a L2 End User Support Agent!

We are looking for L2 End User Support Agents to strengthen IT support capabilities of one of our partners interested in lightning business. The ideal candidate for this role thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is able to cope with balancing the needs of end users. Spoken and written English is crucial to enable great communication with our end users.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Error tickets
  • Participation in the operation of client-side IT systems and tools
  • Operation of computer equipment, operating systems and applications running on them
  • Receiving calls, handling categorized tickets and requests
  • Tracking of recorded processes, follow up, closing cases
  • Taking full ownership of issues, troubleshooting, ensures that they are followed through from start to finish and that all parties are informed of updates
  • Ensure that the agreed service levels are met
  • Ensures at all times that users receive the best possible attention and assistance in addressing requests and resolving problems

Expectations:
