Join our team as a BILLING PROCESS EXPERT!

We are hiring! MagiCom is looking for experienced, reliable Billing Process Expert who will be responsible for develop, track, and follow processes to support billing and payment operations, including payments, invoices and chargebacks. This includes monitoring accuracy of billing to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage voice billing processes
  • Work with customers, vendors, and internal account teams to properly design and deploy billing management processes
  • Serve as an escalation point for billing management related questions
  • Lead sessions with customers, vendors to discover requirements and develop solutions
  • Detect errors in billing processes and make appropriate corrections
  • Resolve complex billing issues
  • Manage No match report issues, work with external and internal
  • Provide finance analysis for Management as forecast, saving proposals, cost analysis
  • Audit of vendor e-feeds
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Propose potential saving opportunities

  • 3 years of experience in IT projects, in financial position
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working at a multinational company
  • Fluent English is a must (verbal, written)
  • Good and quick problem-solving skills
  • Open minded for changes and new technologies
  • Good communication skills


  • Experience with ITIL change management processes
